At iMsignMo, your personalized products are handcrafted with care, especially for you. After your photo has been approved and finalized, it typically takes one week for your package to be ready to ship. Because each product is entirely handmade, processing time may be slightly longer. Need a rush order? Feel free to send us a message at imsignmo@gmail.com .

Shipping options:

  • Delivery to a BPost collection point in Belgium: €4.95
  • Delivery to your home address in Belgium: €5.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €70

After shipping via BPost, it takes 2-5 business days for your package to arrive. While iMsignMo is not responsible for delays or lost packages, we're happy to help with any questions. Feel free to contact us if anything goes wrong.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

Production of your personalized item begins after you order, meaning shipping usually takes one week . You'll receive an update with a track and trace code once your package is on its way.

Because our products are custom made especially for you, personalized items unfortunately cannot be returned .
