SHIPPING WITHIN BELGIUM

At iMsignMo, your personalized products are made with care, especially for you. After approving and fine-tuning your photo, it usually takes 1 week before your package is ready to be shipped. Because each product is completely handmade, the processing time can sometimes take a little longer. Do you have a rush order? Feel free to send us a message at imsignmo @gmail .com .

Shipping options:

  • Delivery to a BPost collection point: €4.95
  • Delivery to your home address in Belgium: €5.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €70

After shipping via BPost, it will take 2-5 business days for your package to be delivered. Although iMsignMo is not responsible for delays or lost packages, we are happy to help you with questions. Feel free to contact us if something goes wrong.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder.

Production of your personalized item starts after ordering, which means shipping usually takes 1 week . You will receive an update with a track and trace code once your package is on its way.

Because our products are custom made especially for you, personalized items unfortunately cannot be returned .
