How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After placing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. We'll then carefully transform your memory into a tangible product.

The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 days .
If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, we will inform you immediately.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your track and trace code .
After shipment, delivery time is usually 1–3 business days .

iMsignMo is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to the carrier, but we are of course happy to help you if something goes wrong.

Our products are completely custom- designed and made for you.
Therefore, personalized items cannot be returned .
