User instructions | Lithophane frame 

1. Preparation:

  • Carefully remove the lithophane frame and lithophane photo from the packaging.
  • Check that all parts are present. 

2. Assembly of the Lithophane photograph:

  • Hold the lithophane photograph with the relief facing you.
  • Place the photo horizontally or vertically in the lithophane frame.
  • Make sure the edges of the photo fit neatly into the notches of the frame.
  • Press evenly on all corners until the lithophane photo clicks firmly into place.
  • Use the recessed slot at the bottom of the frame to easily remove the photo. 

3. Connecting the lighting:

  • Connect the included USB-C cable to the back of the lithophane frame.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to the power block and plug it into a wall socket or power bank.
  • For optimal results, we recommend using the original power adapter. 

4. Lighting and use:

  • Once power is connected, the lithophane frame will automatically light up.
  • For the best effect, place the frame in a dark or shady space. The colors and details of the photo are best displayed in a dark environment. 

5. Maintenance:

  • Clean the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaning agents.
  • Store the lithophane frame in a dry place to prevent deformation or damage.

Important Warnings for Use: 

  • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight:
     The material is made of PLA, which may warp and discolor when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. Caution: Risk of fire when exposed to extreme conditions such as open flames or high temperatures. 
  • Do not leave lights on unattended:
    Although the built-in LED lighting is energy-efficient, the device may become warm during prolonged use. Do not leave the device unattended when it is on. 
  • Do not use in damp areas:
     The lithophane frame is not waterproof and should not be exposed to damp environments. Avoid contact with water. 
  • Use the original power adapter:
    For optimal and safe use, we recommend using the supplied power adapter.
