What is the purpose of iMsignMo?
We make photos and precious moments tangible with unique lithophane photos and photoengravings. We also bring your personal ideas to life with our custom work: from your initial ideas to a tangible memory in the form of a physical product.

Products & Personalization
Which photos work best for a lithophane?
Colorful, sharp photos with good lighting look best. Avoid photos that are too dark or overexposed. We use a 3:4 or 4:3 aspect ratio. If your photo doesn't fit, we'll crop it (we'll always contact you if important parts are missing).
What is a lithophane anyway?
A lithophane is a 3D-printed image that comes to life when light shines through it from behind. Without light, you only see a white photo-relief; with light, all the details and colors become visible.
What is the printing time of a lithophane photo?
Print times (average, vary by photo):

Can I also have a specific text or logo engraved?
Yes! Besides photos, we can also engrave text, names, dates, or logos.

Order & pay
How can I pay?
You can pay using the standard payment methods on our website: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Payconiq, and iDEAL. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
For custom work you can pay by bank transfer.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Changes are only possible as long as production hasn't started yet. Since our products are personalized, they can't be canceled once production has begun.
Dispatch
How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?
After you approve your photo, production usually takes one week. We then ship with BPost, DHL, DPD, or PostNL. The average delivery time is 2–5 business days.

• Free shipping from €70* (*only in BE, NL, DE, FR & L)
• BPost collection point (BE): €4.95
• Home delivery Belgium: €5.95
• Home delivery to neighbouring countries (NL, DE, FR & L): €7.95
• Rest of Europe: €19.95
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.

Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
No, because our products are personalized, they are
not covered by the right of withdrawal (Code of Economic Law VI.53, 3°). Return is
only possible in case of a production or delivery error.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report damage within 7 days of receipt with clear
photos. We will then work together to find a suitable solution, such as repair,
replacement or (partial) refund.
How long is the warranty?
Our products are subject to a statutory warranty of 2 years.

Use & maintenance
How do I use a lithophane frame?
Place the lithophane photo in the frame, connect the USB-C cable
on and turn on the light. The best effect is seen in a dark room. Use
always use the supplied adapter.
Can lithophane products withstand sunlight?
No. Lithophane products are made from PLA, a
material that can deform in heat, direct sunlight or temperatures above 55°C.
How do I maintain my product?
Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use
aggressive cleaning agents.
