1. The ash tube can be easily filled yourself with the help of a video. We are happy to assist you if you have any questions.
2. You can visit one of our funeral partners who will fill it with care. -
You can power the LED lighting in two ways:
1. Directly via the wall socket with the included charger, for continuous light
2. Without a wall socket via the included power bank, for up to 4 hours per charge

The ash tube and/or the frame can be personalised with a name, date, symbols or short text for an additional charge (starting from €75).
Please state your preferences when ordering, and we will contact you personally to discuss everything. -
We also do custom work. Almost every wish for your keepsake is negotiable. Feel free to inquire about specific wishes and we will try to fulfill them.
Standard vertical sizes are: 15 × 20 cm or 12 × 16 cm. Horizontal or a different size? We make those on request.
Some examples of custom work:- Matching your interior (material, color, finish)
- Adding an extra ash tube or a new photo (e.g., together with a partner)
- Personal design for engraving on the frame (fingerprint, signature, symbols: heart, flower, bird, cross)

The metal ash tube on the front of the frame is intended for a symbolic amount of ash, but can just as well hold a lock of hair or another small keepsake.
How does the Lithophane Photo work?
1. During the day, you only see a white 3D photo relief
Making it mysterious and unique, your cherished memory hidden during the day.
2. Inside is a hidden color photo
The secret? The photo is printed layer by layer over approximately 20 hours, with four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and white) inside.
3. In the evening, the memory comes to life with light
When you turn on the photo lamp, LED light shines through. The hidden color photo becomes visible with warm light.
